Yes, consultations are highly recommended (and sometimes mandatory) for advanced clinical procedures such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, Chemical Peels, and Weight Management programs. This allows our clinical estheticians or guest physicians to analyze your skin histology, discuss safety protocols, and outline healthy expectations.

To prepare for facial treatments or advanced peeling procedures:
- Avoid active chemical products (such as Retinoids, Salicylic Acid, or Glycolic scrubs) 3 days prior.
- Avoid tanning or heavy sunburn directly before booking.
- Arrive with a clean face (minimal makeup) and stay hydrated.
- Inform your therapist about any medication history or sensitive skin triggers during sign-in.

We value our therapists' time. You may cancel or reschedule your slot up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made under 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may have their session length shortened or rescheduled to accommodate subsequent clients.

We do not issue cash refunds on completed services or aesthetic procedures. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment outcome, please contact management within 48 hours to discuss adjustments. Skincare products purchased from our boutique may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the product remains completely sealed and in its original retail package.

General post-treatment recommendations include:
- Avoid high-heat environments (like saunas, hot showers, or heavy gym training) for 24-48 hours.
- Apply SPF 50 sunscreen daily to prevent pigmentation damage.
- Do not pick or scratch at shedding skin post-peel.
- Focus on hydration by drinking water and using mild, non-active moisturizers.
